TERMS OF SERVICE
When you request service or schedule a consultation session with B.Reese Enterprises, LLC, a legally binding contract will be formed between you and B.Reese Enterprises, LLC. The terms of that contract are as set out below.
I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
B.Reese Enterprises, LLC (“B.Reese Enterprises,” “we,” or “us”) provides online consulting services (“the Services”) which provides clients with information pertaining, but not limited to career and personal development, non-traditional learning, and digital branding. Use of the Services is subject to compliance with these Terms which incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and any end user license agreement that might accompany the applicable Service. Therefore, by accessing or using any of the Services, you accept and agree to these Terms.
II. TERMS OF USE AND AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions govern your use of B.Reese Enterprises, LLC (referred to below as the "the Company") services and products, including but not limited to its website. You must be at least 18 years of age to use products and services offered by the Company. By using the Company, its website, and any products and services associated, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age, and you accept these terms and conditions in full and without reservation. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you cannot accept the products and services offered or associated with the Company.

By accessing the Company's website and/or using associated products and services such as an individual consultation, you affirm and acknowledge that personal, individual, educational, or business consultation are not forms of or substitutes for county or state laws, counseling, psychotherapy, mental health care or other medical or health care intervention of any kind. B.Reese Enterprises, LLC does not claim to be a licensed financial, medical or mental health professional of any kind, and consulting is not a licensed activity in the State of Maryland or any other jurisdiction within North America at this time.
Your participation in consultation may entail risks associated with a stimulation and challenging program of personal growth and individual development, as well as risks that may not be foreseeable when you begin a consultation session. By purchasing a consultation service and participating in consultation, you freely and voluntarily assume all such risks and you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results, and you agree not to attempt to hold the Company, B.Reese Enterprises, LLC and any of its officers, member owners, staff, and representatives for any such decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance in perpetuity.
All statements via the Company or on the website are for informational purposes and are always opinions only, not guarantees that you will achieve any particular or specific result. Results will vary by individual or business.
B.Reese Enterprises, LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary or other damages that may result, including but not limited to injury, financial loss, or illness. By the use of the Company's website or associated products and services, you agree to not in any way attempt to hold us liable for any such actions, decisions or results, at any time, under any circumstance, now or in the foreseeable future. By use of the Company's website and/or purchase of products and services made available on the website, you waive any claim whatsoever against and hold harmless B.Reese Enterprises, LLC, and any of its officers, member owners, staff, and representatives that may arise from such use.

III. ACCESS TO SERVICES AND CANCELLATION NOTICE
To use B.Reese Enterprises, LLC Services you must have Internet access and provide us with one or more payment methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, and which may include payment through your account with a third party.
When scheduling a consultation session with one of our consultants, you are expected to be on time, on Zoom as requested and fully prepared for your session using any materials and instructions made available to you prior to your session. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your session, notice must be provided at least 24 hours in advance to enable the session to be used by another client. If you rearrange or cancel within 24 hours, you may be subject to cancellation fees, and this will be calculated at our discretion.
IV. PAYMENT FOR SERVICE AND REFUNDS
The session fee for consultation/coaching services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of our services, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, must be paid in full prior to service. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we determine in our sole discretion. Unless rescheduling is made in at least 24 hours in advance, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our clients. The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole discretion.
V. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROPRIETARY USE
All conversations and information about the client will be kept private and strictly confidential, unless otherwise authorized via express written permission from the client.
Confidential information does not include information that:
(a) was in the consultant's possession prior to its being furnished by the client;
(b) is generally known to the public or in the client’s industry;
(c) that the consultant is required by law to disclose.
The Company's services and content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented on our website and in our products and services should be considered as proprietary. By accessing the Company's website and/or our products, you agree not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from our information in any manner whatsoever without our express written permission. Any unauthorized use or distribution of our proprietary concepts, materials, quotes, and intellectual property is prohibited.
